In 1970 the RHS W'60 Thalians and S'60 Saroyans celebrated their first class reunion.
This was the 10-year class reunion which was celebrated at the Odyssey in Granada Hills. Some of us had started families, others had gone into the military and many had continued education and yet others... perhaps all three.  It was a great night and then... it was another 10 years before we got together for our 20 year reunion held at the Woodland Hills Country Club in 1980.  We had now settled into our lives and felt the maturity of responsibilities.  The evening was enthusiastically celebrated by almost 400 people.  The next day there was a family picnic held at Reseda Park.  There were so many experiences shared with classmates and the occasion was such a success that many had expressed how much they would enjoy another reunion in just five years.  And so it was, in 1985 we celebrated again with almost 400 Thalians, Saroyans and guests, this time at the new Airtel Plaza Hotel in Van Nuys.  Additional activities were both a family picnic at Reseda Park and our first Reseda High School reunion cruise as a group. Fifty-nine (59) of us sailed aboard the Carnival Cruise Lines ship the Tropicale for a 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise.  Those attending this cruise and cruises to follow, were dubbed "The RHS Cruisers" which has since evolved into "RHS Cruisers and Friends".

Since 1980 forward, we have celebrated a reunion every five years plus class birthday parties the year we turned 50, 60 & soon 70.

In 1995 the Classes of 1959 were invited to join us and in 2000 the Classes of 61 were brought into the fold.  Thereafter, we would like to think of our reunions as a celebration for all classes of 1959, 1960 and 1961.

Saturday, September 25, 2010 - The "Fabulous at 50!" reunion. Over 400 attended this reunion held at the Marriott Convention Center across the street from the Burbank Airport. A picnic followed the next day of which approximately 100 turned out. The adjunct activity was a 16-day cruise in the Orient departing Beijing, China October 4 and arriving Singapore October 20, 2010.
